How To Make A Reservation Request
You have three options.
- You may complete the form below to send your request electronically.
- Open and print a reservation form that can be mailed in.
- Time sensitive/urgent requests may be made by phone.
Your request will be followed up with a phone call or email acknowledging if the requested date(s) is available. Upon receipt of your deposit, your request will be approved, and you will receive a letter of confirmation. All checks should be made out to The Frank H. Kenan Chapel.
If you do not receive a phone call or email within 10 days of request, please contact the Chapel.
The Chapel updates the calendar regularly. However, when making a reservation, keep in mind that your requested date may already be reserved.
