For Weddings, Baptisms, Dedications, Memorials, Recitals, Renewal of Vows, and Special Services

Once your dates have been confirmed, please fill out the online form below and complete with your payment. You may also download a form and mail in with a check. Please keep in mind that your reservation is not complete until payment is received and you receive a confirmation from the chapel.

Additional time for rehearsals, weddings, or other events may be requested at $100 per hour.

Cleanup Fee ($100/hour)

The Chapel should be left in the same condition in which it was found. All flowers, decorations, personal belongings, equipment, boxes, and other materials must be removed at the conclusion of the event unless other arrangements have been approved. Any items remaining after the event may be donated or otherwise disposed of at the discretion of the Chapel. Failure to remove items or excessive cleanup will incur a $100 per hour charge.
